Salamandastron (Redwall, Book 5)
Another exciting installment in the Redwall series that follows the adventures of the animals that populate Redwall Abbey and the fortress of Salamandastron. The multiple plot lines move along nicely and eventually intersect for the exciting climax, but it is the characters that pulled me in. What keeps me coming back to the Redwall series is the many fascinating and brave animal characters that Brian Jacques has created.
